Hey! I'm Lauren or you can call me Loz, and I am the founder of Well Her Collective.
My main mission is to help make females strong, confident, reach their health and fitness goals whether that be fat loss, increase energy levels or improve your overall physique. I will help you find the answers that you have been looking for when your previous diets, training programs or habits are no longer working. I will help create the perfect blueprint to get you achieving your results which you will be able to implement for a lifetime, not a short time.

Training & Nutrition Coaching
This service is for women who are at any stage of their journey, whether you are wanting to lose fat, gain muscle and strength, improve your metabolism, health and energy or working on your overall health. Let's be the best version of yourself regardless of any goal.

Initial onboarding call which outlines everything we will cover to get you reaching your health and fitness goals

A personalised training program which is catered to your specific goals & training experience

Weekly 1:1 check ins to provide feedback to assess your progress, provide support & feedback

Your choice of a customised meal plan and/ or customised calories and macros catered to your goals of losing body fat or gaining muscle

Access to monthly educational lives and q&As , eBooks on How to use My Fitness Pal, Navigating how to eat out, Fundamentals on training and nutrition, Day on a plate ideas and more. Plus, educational content and community support of like minded women

Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition coaching is for you if you are struggling to get the results you are after, whether that's fat loss or wanting to build some muscle and you are needing some support and accountability around your nutrition.
This service includes:

Initial onboarding call which outlines everything we will cover to get you reaching your nutrition goals

Fortnightly check ins to provide feedback and assess your progress, provide support and feedback

Customised macros and calories and free resources like day on a plate ideas and how to use MFP.

Learn how to fuel your body correctly, not just hitting macros and calories and build good eating habits

Training Coaching
Training coaching is perfect if you’re needing structure and guidance in the gym.
This service includes:

Initial onboarding call which outlines everything we will cover to get you reaching your training goals

Have a customised training program delivered to you on our Well Her Collective app with a personalised exercise library that is customised to 6 week training blocks, with a choice of 3, 4 or 5 day training splits

Interactive training video feedback to make sure you are nailing your form, technique and ensuring we are getting that progressive overload

Fortnightly check ins to provide feedback, assess your progress and provide support
